Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for dental applications, supporting day-to-day operations and system fixes
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to analyze issues and clarify requirements
- Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles including Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst
- Support requirements testing and ensure compliance with necessary standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management regarding project status and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
- 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
- Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
