Job Type: Full-Time (minimum of four days a week)
Position SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Spa Attendant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the spa while guiding and mentoring a team of spa attendants to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, maintains high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
You will play a key role in upholding our spa’s commitment to exceptional service by training new team members, supporting conflict resolution, and addressing guest needs with confidence and care.
Primary Responsibilities- Ensure all guest-facing services meet the spa’s cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
- Organize and maintain spa materials, including preparation and disinfection of supplies and spaces
- Greet and assist guests, providing guidance, amenities, and support with product, beverage, and material needs
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care, escalating issues as necessary
- Oversee daily responsibilities of spa attendants, ensuring completion of tasks to established standards
- Assist in onboarding and training of new team members to support consistency and team integration
- Promote a positive work environment by facilitating respectful, solutions-based peer-to-peer conflict resolution
- Monitor guest experiences and proactively address service concerns; empowered to resolve issues independently when appropriate
- Delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity and team engagement
- Identify and correct errors or performance gaps by providing timely, constructive feedback and coaching
- Take initiative in leading new projects or team efforts, encouraging buy-in and enthusiasm from team members
- Provide support in shift coverage by helping arrange replacements for call-outs
- Remind the team of operational side work to be completed during downtime
- Work in a tranquil and upscale spa environment

Pay: $17 per hour
