Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure outstanding patient care and service throughout the patient journey.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and records management.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Manage billing, accounts receivable, and other financial tasks.
  • Monitor and control inventory and supplies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in medical office management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and EMR systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Patient-centric approach.
