- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in medical office management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and EMR systems.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
