Role Description

This is a full-time Loan Assistant role located on-site in Coeur d'Alene,  Loan Assistant will support loan officers and underwriters by preparing, organizing, and managing loan documents. Key responsibilities include assisting with loan processing, verifying information, coordinating with clients and team members, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role requires proactive communication with clients to ensure a seamless loan experience and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Loan Documents and the loan application process
  • Experience with Loans, including processing, closing, and servicing
  • Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Underwriting and loan policy compliance
  • Ability to handle Loan Processing tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or lending are advantageous
