Overview
North Idaho College is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Dual Credit Advisor to support high school students earning college credit through NIC’s Dual Credit program. Based at the Sandpoint Center, this position plays a key role in helping students and families understand dual credit opportunities, navigate the enrollment process, and plan pathways toward college and career success. Regular travel throughout Bonner, Boundary, and Kootenai counties, including to the Coeur d’Alene campus, is required.
In this role, you’ll advise students and parents on academic and career/technical dual credit options, assist with course planning, and connect students to college and community resources to promote success. You’ll collaborate closely with high school counselors, administrators, and NIC colleagues to ensure consistent communication, deliver presentations to schools and community groups, and assist with outreach and dual credit events. You’ll also support advising services during peak times and contribute to student recruitment and orientation efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years full-time equivalent related experience required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Starting pay range: $44,548 - $53,458. Pay Grade: P4. Benefits include retirement; 15 vacation days per year; 12 sick days per year; 14 paid holidays; tuition assistance.
Work SitePrimarily NIC at Sandpoint, with CDA Campus each week.
