- Monitor campaign performance, timelines, and deliverables; assist with reporting and recommendations.

- Manage promotional inventory: ordering, tracking, storage, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Support EEC activities, including coordination, documentation, and follow‑up tasks.
- Manage and maintain donor platform and EEC‑related systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist with content coordination for marketing materials, social media, email campaigns, and website updates as needed.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.
- Ensure marketing activities align with the mission, values, and compliance requirements of Heritage Health.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support, preferably in healthcare or non‑profit settings.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and working with external vendors.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including digital and community‑based outreach.
- Understanding of outsourced digital marketing campaigns and vendor coordination ()=>
- Skill in organizing and supporting events, outreach activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Ability to manage promotional inventory and track materials efficiently.
- Skill in using donor platforms, CRM systems, or engagement databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and adapt to changing needs.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment in an administrative building. The work may be demanding and chaotic at times, and may involve exposure to patients who present a variety of contagious diseases, injuries, and emotional states.
