Location: Spokane Valley, WA & North Idaho
Compensation: $400,000–$1,000,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits

What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical retina care
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of complex retinal conditions
- Perform and interpret advanced diagnostic testing
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ophthalmic team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
- Support clinical excellence by contributing to quality improvement initiatives and best practice standards
- Participate in building and strengthening our rapidly expanding retina service line
- Board-Certified MD (or Board Eligibility with plans to certify)
- Current Washington and Idaho medical licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Fellowship training in Retina/Vitreous Surgery
- Experience in developing and implementing clinical programs, policies, and quality initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality surgical and clinical care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, staff, and referring providers
- Combined annual compensation: $400,000–$1,000,000 DOE
