What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated Construction Management Intern entering their 3rd year of a Construction Management program
. This internship offers hands‑on experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations. You will work closely with our project managers and site supervisors to gain practical knowledge of the construction process from start to finish.

Intern
  • Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and cost tracking.
  • Support site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to problem‑solving discussions.
  • Learn and apply construction management software tools.
Technical Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Construction Management degree program, entering 3rd year.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

The Superintendent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, such as sitting at a desk.
  • Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
  • Ability to inspect construction sites, including standing for long periods, walking on uneven surfaces, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed for safety equipment or materials.
