The Office of Senator Jim Risch is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Constituent Services Representative/Caseworker to join our team in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advocate for Idahoans—helping constituents navigate issues involving federal, state, and local agencies and working to resolve problems efficiently and respectfully.

Primary Duty- Serve as a liaison with federal, state, and/or local agencies on behalf of Idaho constituents, responding to correspondence and communications.
- Respond to constituent casework inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to help resolve constituent concerns
- Communicate with public officials to apprise them of constituent issues and support successful outcomes
- Screen incoming cases and refer as appropriate to other regional offices
- Prepare periodic casework reports for the Casework Director on pending activities
- Regular, predictable, and punctual in-person attendance required, including handling confidential constituent matters and meeting with constituents
- Strong communication skills with the Senator’s office staff, congressional offices, constituents, and outside partners
- Ability to handle difficult or emotional interactions with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Public-facing role requiring prompt, courteous, and respectful service
- Assist with general administrative and office support duties
- Comfortable using standard office tools and technology, including email, telephone, and typical office equipment
