Accountant, Accounting Manager, Accounting & Finance

• Full Cycle Accounting: managing the General Ledger, executing the full month-end close process, and ensuring accurate account reconciliations.
• Core Operations: overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and managing timely customer collections and vendor payments.
• Payroll & Compliance: processing accurate company payroll, managing employee deductions, and preparing/filing all federal and state payroll and sales tax returns.
• Manufacturing Finance: performing cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, variance analysis, and tracking manufacturing overhead.
• Reporting: assisting in the preparation of internal financial statements and management reports.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a general ledger role, including full-cycle month-end close.
• High proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Cody, WY.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll and related tax filings.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
