About the Work & Schedule

This is a full-time role with primarily weekday work. The pace can be fast, and flexibility is important - some days may run longer and occasional weekend availability is required, especially during busy seasons.

Basic Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Bilingual a plus

This position is with a locally owned Molly Maid franchise. Franchise owners are independent business owners responsible for their own employment practices. If you're a team lead (also drives our vehicle):

• Manage the team's schedule and drive safely - The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team and managing the route as well as cleaning.
• Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
