Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Tech 3, Equipment Maintenance to join their team. As a Tech 3, Equipment Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Perform routine and complex troubleshooting and repair work on equipment and machinery
• Maintain and service production equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety
• Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

• Experience in equipment maintenance or a related technical field
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, and standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet business needs
