The Laborer plays a critical role in daily operations by performing hands‑on, physical work that keeps materials moving and production running smoothly. This role supports various plant and yard activities through general labor, material handling, and equipment operation.

• Safely operate assigned equipment and tools
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed
• Follow all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety policies
• Perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders, reaching overhead, bending, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations

• Ability to work extended hours when required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
