As a Heavy‑Duty Cleaner at Broadmead, you'll do more than keep spaces spotless— you'll help create an environment where residents, team members, and guests feel cared for and respected. Guided by Quaker principles of integrity and community
, your work ensures that our shared spaces reflect the dignity and well‑being we value.

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks using specialized equipment and cleaning agents to maintain a safe, sanitary environment
• Respond promptly to spills and hazards to protect residents and staff
• Maintain floors in kitchens and service areas using powered scrubbing machines
• Ensure cleanliness of walk-in refrigerators, kitchen equipment, ceiling tiles, walls, and area rugs
• Organize and maintain the loading dock and floor drains outside the main kitchen
• Assist with moving heavy equipment, deliveries, and room setups for events
• Communicate concerns promptly to leadership and promote internal customer service
• Attend all required training sessions and uphold Broadmead's Code of Conduct
• Work an overnight shift at least once per quarter for deep cleaning projects
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and community
