Paralegal – Business Transactions, Commercial Real Estate & Litigation

Location: Hunt Valley, MD | Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD to support our attorneys in business law, commercial real estate closings, and litigation.

• Draft and prepare legal documents in support of business transactions, corporate matters, and commercial real estate deals
• Coordinate commercial real estate closings, including organization and review of title and survey materials
• Assist with litigation matters, including court filings, discovery, and case management
• Manage scheduling, calendar entries, and critical deadlines for matters and hearings
• Communicate proactively with clients, title partners, opposing counsel, courts, and external stakeholders

• 3+ years of paralegal experience supporting attorneys in business transactions, real estate, or litigation
• Strong organizational ability with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with litigation and case management software is a plus
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a dynamic law firm environment serving a diverse clientele

• Work with a well-respected legal team providing counsel in Business Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate & Land Use, Construction Law, Creditors’ Rights, Estate Planning, and Transactional Law
• Engage with varied and complex matters that help shape client outcomes
