Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for taking tier‑1 and escalated tickets from Tier 1 analysts. The tickets will cover O365 administration, VPN support, user permissions, and basic networking issues. The role requires multitasking, prioritizing, and eventually providing on‑site support for client projects and spearheading technical advancements with customers.
Required Skills- Experience dealing with escalated technical issues from tier‑1 agents.
- Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting network issues.
- Prior experience in an MSP environment, including guiding, training, and leading teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Great personality and effective communication are key. Someone who can multi‑task and thrive in a high‑pressure environment will excel. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+, Cisco CCENT; an A+ Certification is required. Experience with Cisco products and Microsoft Server is a plus.

Pay & BenefitsPay range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
