- Design and develop automation for system images on Windows-based Kiosk style devices
- Conduct software evaluation and testing for deployability, including test automation
- Provide technical documentation for the design, implementation, and testing of systems and related software
- Work with cross-functional project and product teams to address system issues and security findings
- Document and repair errors related to change automation
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
- At least three years of experience in system management, automation, and application deployment
- Proficiency in Power Shell and experience with Git Hub
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
- Experience in agile development environments
- Knowledge of automation for Windows Desktop and Server
- Familiarity with Microsoft Desired State Configuration and system automation tools (Chef, Ansible, etc.)
- Programming experience with Go, Python, or Bash
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS
