Job Description
Seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage Human Resources operations in a high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and servant-minded leader who brings integrity, accountability, and positivity to the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, hiring strategy, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, vendor management, employee education, and issue resolution
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and role design to support a high-performing culture
- Manage and optimize the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and system integrity
- Lead onboarding, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee payroll processes in partnership with internal teams or vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain confidential and accurate personnel records
- Recruiting and workforce planning
- Benefits administration and vendor management
- Role design, policy development, and documentation
- Labor law compliance and employee relations
- HRIS management and data integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-performing environment
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and ethical judgment
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration

- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to lead with accountability while supporting employee success
- $75,000-$90,000 plus benefits
- Onsite preferred but open to 2 days remote
