Position Summary
Seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage Human Resources operations in a high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and servant-minded leader who brings integrity, accountability, and positivity to the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, hiring strategy, interviewing, and onboarding
Oversee benefits administration
, including enrollment, vendor management, employee education, and issue resolutionManage employee relations
, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and investigationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and role design to support a high-performing culture
Manage and optimize the company’s HRIS
, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and system integrityLead onboarding, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
Oversee payroll processes in partnership with internal teams or vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain confidential and accurate personnel records
Recruiting and workforce planning
Benefits administration and vendor management
Role design, policy development, and documentation
Labor law compliance and employee relations
HRIS management and data integrity
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
4+ years of progressive HR experience
, preferably in a fast-paced or high-performing environmentStrong knowledge of employment and labor laws
Experience with
HRIS platforms (Paycom or similar preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism

- $75,000-$90,000 plus benefits
Onsite preferred but open to 2 days remote
