The Opportunity
We are seeking a Planning Analyst to join our advisory team. This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined career path for someone who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management and progress toward becoming a lead advisor.
You will work directly with experienced advisors and partners, contribute to real client planning work from day one, and develop the technical, analytical, and professional skills required to advance within the firm.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and serious about becoming great at this craft.
What You’ll Do- Answer routine client service requests with professionalism and care
- Support Lead Advisors and Partners with meeting prep and follow-up
- Assist with new client onboarding and data gathering
- Input and maintain client data in financial planning software
- Perform investment research and asset allocation analysis
- Assist with annual financial plan updates and custom analyses
- Assist with preparation for business development events
- Attend events and complete follow-up tasks (CRM documentation, coordination)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, planning, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, economics, business, or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and structured processes
- Genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management as a career

- SIE exam completed within the first 60 days
- Series 7 and Series 66 and Life & Health licensing
- Enrollment and progress toward the CFP® designation
- Ongoing mentorship, training, and clear advancement benchmarks
- Base Salary & Health Insurance Stipend: $65,000
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: 10% of Salary

Compensation is reviewed annually and advancement is based on demonstrated competency, not just tenure.
