Join the Regal team as a Movie Theatre Staff member. Work weekends required. Pay: $15.00/hr.

Team members are classified based on theatre needs and employee availability. Works may include the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Responsibilities include ensuring guests receive exceptional service, maintaining the dress code, consistent attendance, handling emergencies, and general cleaning duties.

• Box Office: Operating the POS system, accurately handling cash and credit transactions, up‑selling premium viewing experiences, promoting the Regal Crown Club, ensuring tickets comply with MPAA ratings and company policy, and responding to phone calls and guest questions.
• Concession: Operating the POS system, managing cash drawer and coupons, maintaining stock inventory, promoting the Regal Crown Club, preparing and cleaning all concession equipment, upselling, complying with all local, state, and federal food safety laws, ensuring breaks and meal periods are observed, keeping alcohol certification current where applicable, and completing required training on harassment and discrimination.
• Usher: Handling tickets, directing patrons to auditoriums, inspecting backpacks and packages when required, managing crowd control, assisting guests find seats, enforcing the MPAA rating system, conducting theatre inspections for picture and sound quality, reporting issues to management, performing in‑auditorium auxiliary sales when directed, cleaning auditoriums and common areas, monitoring vending equipment, and assisting with opening and closing duties.

• Eligibility for a 401(k) retirement plan with company match after turning 21 and completing six months of service.

• Completion of the cast certification program and box office cashier training or progress toward completion.
• Good public‑speaking, listening, and clear response skills.
• Strong math calculation ability with speed and accuracy.
• Sound reasoning ability to identify problems, gather data, evaluate alternatives, and act under pressure.
• Excellent communication with customers, co‑workers, and management; ability to set goals, budget time, and prioritize tasks.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, sitting, using hands to touch and handle, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 60 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
