Our Technicians are paid based on an industry-leading technician wage grid that provides pay range from $31.00 to $52.00 per flat rate hour based on experience, plus opportunities for overrides and longevity bonuses based on tenure and manufacturer certifications.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication effectively.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary safety and reliability improvements.
• Document all work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of standard technician tools and special tools.
• Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and participate in training sessions.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.

What Are The Requirements For This Job?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
• Attention to detail
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record
