We are looking for an organized, welcoming, and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting administrative functions that keep our healthcare facility running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and regularly update information in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (healthcare experience is a plus).
