Lloyd Cockermouth is looking for an Accounts Apprentice.
Your role
Reporting to the Retailer Accountant, duties will include the following:
- Checking and re-allocating nominal postings
- Coding of Purchase Invoices
- Credit Control
- Completing and checking of mileage logs
- Ledger Maintenance – ensuring Sales and Purchase Ledgers are tidy
- Initiating Monthly Run and paying Inter Company Accounts
- Checking and allocating Manufacturer commission
- Stock counts
- Responsible for Petty Cash
- Daily Banking
The successful candidate will also assist with sales administration duties, and full training will be provided on site. Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday.
Qualification:
Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3.
Your profile
- GCSEs grades 4 or above in English & Maths.
- Team player
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to operate well under pressure
