We are looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. Qualified candidates will be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle. You must be able to navigate a map, locate addresses, and handle delivery to multi‑story buildings.

• Navigation skills: read a map, locate addresses within delivery area, and handle adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership, general manager, or corporate operations leadership.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and verify related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility roughly daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Clear written instructions.
• Verbal communication with customers and coworkers, both over the phone and in person.

• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly with or without a calculator.
• Accurate monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid accurate movements.
• Computer keyboard or touchscreen entry of orders.
• Navigation skills within designated delivery area.
• Navigation of adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while carrying product.

• Varying weather conditions while outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging 36°F to 90°F+.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Hazards: cramped space, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, temperature changes, adverse weather.

Typical tasks are performed standing with occasional walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds, pushing/pulling dollies; occasional climbing stairs or ladders; stooping, bending, and reaching to 72+ inches. Drivers may need to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
