• Greet customers, operate the register and cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Lead shifts, providing entry-level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service around the store.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Excellent product selling and customer care.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation.
• Ability to perform at a quick pace while enjoying teamwork.
• Creative problem solving and quick decision making.
• Leadership and supervision of a team.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry-level management experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye-hand coordination; may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials.
