Aftersales Manager

Berry Cobham is looking for an Aftersales Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing automotive professional to join a premium brand retailer and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and commercial success. As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the service and parts departments, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, strong financial results, and an efficient, motivated team. You will lead from the front, embedding best practice processes and driving continuous improvement.

• Lead, manage and motivate the aftersales team across service and parts
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention performance
• Drive departmental profitability and productivity
• Monitor and improve KPIs, efficiencies and workshop loading
• Ensure compliance with BMW standards and operating procedures
• Develop team members through coaching, training and performance management
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control
• Build strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners

• Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or senior Service Management role within the automotive sector
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Commercially focused with a track record of achieving targets
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for premium service delivery
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High level of IT and reporting capability
• Manufacturer experience (BMW or other premium brand) desirable but not essential
