This is a permanent role based in Epsom, Brixton, Streatham, Wandsworth, Putney, Brentford, Hounslow, Egham, Surbiton, Cobham, Tadworth, Leatherhead, and Chertsey.

You will work 40 hours over four days a week, with shifts between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Overtime is available and optional.

We provide a Green Flag vehicle, and your day starts from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, such as fuel issues, tyre repairs or replacements, or battery problems. You will diagnose issues, determine the necessary repairs, and provide reassurance and assistance to help customers get back on the road.

• Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, with OTE of £44,000-£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

• Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes.
• Current Category B driving license.
• NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance (preferred).
• Empathy and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
• Experience in the motor repair industry.
• Lone working experience (desirable).
• Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
• Adherence to health and safety best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with dispatch to improve customer experience.
• Self-initiative.
