Nursery Practitioner

About the Role

We are seeking a nursery practitioner. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 2 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.

As we prepare for our September intake of children, we looking for Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners.

We are currently recruiting for qualified practitioners to join our lovely team. The qualities that we are looking for are enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and have a true love of working with children.

Our ethos is the ‘children are at the heart of every decision that we make’ and this is followed through at every level of the company.

• We only employ warm, friendly staff – which makes the nursery teams lovely places to work
• We use 'In the Moment Planning', so no written plans to write. We don't do written observations either. We try and aim for as little paperwork as possible.
• We offer training and progression for all staff looking to progress to Room Leader roles and above. Our hugely successful Leadership Training Programme has a great track record of creating fantastic leaders.

• Qualification:
  
  Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (minimum Level
  2)
• Education:
  
  GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience:
  
  Nursery: 1 year (preferred), Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred), Childcare: 1 year (preferred), Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Driving Licence:
  Driving Licence (preferred) – required for some positions
