Job Description

Conducts, maintains, tests, and repairs electrical/electronic components at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

+ Test, diagnose, and repair electronic components.

+ Analyze issues down to the component level.

+ Resolve intricate technical challenges through troubleshooting.

+ Interpret sophisticated schematics.

+ Provide training and support to other Technicians in repair processes.

+ Comply with quality performance standards.

+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Skills

+ Soldering and de-soldering techniques.

+ Electrical troubleshooting.

+ Minimum of a 2-year Electronics degree or equivalent Electronics certification.

+ 2+ years as a proficient electronics technician.

+ Pass a Technical Aptitude Test when applicable.

+ Thorough comprehension of various technology systems and applications.

+ In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory.

+ Proficient in utilizing test equipment.

+ Analytical thinking and robust problem-solving skills.

+ Handling Hard Drive devices and maintaining ESD policy standards.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.

+ Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Surface mount soldering and thru-hole techniques.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The role involves working in a structured environment where cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace are maintained.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
