Overview

Electrician (Commercial & Industrial) – Central Scotland and Beyond.

Employer:

Tie Talent.

Circa £40,000+ per annum (plus overtime).

Company van + tools + branded workwear.

Full-time, permanent | Minimum 39 hours/week.

32 days annual leave.

About

The Role

Youll be working on a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across central Scotland and beyond. This is a varied role offering hands-on work and opportunities to grow technically—perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and developing their career.

Typical work includes
  • Lighting maintenance & upgrades
  • Small power installation & general facility maintenance
  • Socket outlet
  • CCTV
  • Containment, DB upgrades & panel building
  • Control circuit fault-finding, design & wiring
  • PAT testing & EICR inspections
  • Some travel and early starts/occasional overnight stays will be required.

Who Were Looking For

Were after someone whos not just technically soundbut also reliable, professional, and keen to grow with us.

Youll need to have
  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualified
  • 18th Edition (essential)
  • Strong experience in commercial/industrial environments
  • Solid understanding of control circuits & electrical fault-finding
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
Bonus points for
  • Experience with control panel work or basic electrical engineering
  • Supervisory or site management experience
  • EICR / Testing & Inspection Qualifications
