Position: Mechanical Assembler (Permanent)
Job Description:

First Achieve's Engineering Division have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Assembly Fitter to join an established and growing company in the North/East Greater Glasgow region. Our client is an international manufacturer, dedicated to Marine products world-wide.

What's on

Offer:

Temp (probation) to perm after 12 weeks
Paying £16 per hour while under temp (probation) through agency
Paying circa £14 per hour once permanent
39hr work week
4.5 day work week
7am to 4pm Mon to Thurs and 7am to 12pm Fri
OT 1.5xThis role will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and you will be expected to work as part of a collaborative team of operatives in ensuring the efficient and continual, management and organisation, of products on the premise.

Duties will involve the following:

assembly of mechanical components on a workbench
reading design and assembly drawings
making use of power tool Essential skills, experience and knowledge:

The successful candidate must have:

experience of mechanical assembly
experience of reading engineering drawings
