This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.

Salary : £13.86 per hour, plus applicable shift allowances and benefits below.
Shifts and hours: Monday to Friday 4pm till 12am (37.5 hrs)
Job SummaryTo driveand motivate
Team Members in the achievement of daily operational targets,set by the Supervisory Team, with a focus onguidingand developing staff under your control.
- To drivethedaily performance of operatives, to achieve or exceed budgeted productivity and quality targets within awarehouseoperationin line withdepartmentalKPIs
- To implement the daily staffing plan, ensuring optimum operational output at all times, escalating any areas of concern immediately to the Outbound Manager
- As directed by the Outbound
Managerdeliver training on operational procedures and processes in accordance with company strategy including but not exclusively Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Standard Operating Practice (SOP’s) - Inconjunctionwithand supported by the Outbound
Manageractively endorse, promote and manage our Safetyculture and status though butnotexclusivelyteam briefing,trainingandif applicableregular 121’s. - Support the Outbound
Managerin achieving departmental and company objective - Carry out any reasonable request as determined by the Management Teampromoting and supporting company initiatives
- Take responsibility for managing direct reports, which includes leading coaching and motivating the team through effective leadership to achieve performance target
- Inconjunctionwithand supported by the Outbound
Manageractively endorse, promote and manage our Safetyculture and status though butnotexclusivelyteam briefing,trainingandif applicableregular 121’s. - Support the Outbound

- Ability to engage and motivate staff to create a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong time management abilities with a key focus on staff management.
- Knowledge of department-specific systems with the confidence to learn additional processes and systems
- Ability to use initiativewithin predetermined boundaries
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively within predetermined boundaries.
- Understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with Security, Audit and Compliance processes.
