Care Assistants

Crosspoint Care Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced, compassionate and reliable Care Assistants in North and South Lanarkshire to provide the highest quality care and support to our clients within their own homes.

You will be required to assist clients with all aspects of personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals and updating records. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships and promote clients' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.

This role is ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking for anything from 1-2 shifts per week or up to full time hours. Shifts are generally 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am. Some shift times may vary. Care Assistants will earn a minimum of £12.60 per hour, being paid weekly on a Friday.

• Pay rate of min £12.60 per hour, increased rate for bank holidays
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Advanced block booked shifts

• Support from our team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Mandatory training updated for FREE

• Realistic refer a friend bonus scheme – first bonus at 250 hours completed, further bonus at 500 hours completed

• The right to live and work in the UK
• Preferable but not essential:
  Minimum 6 months paid employment working in a care environment within the last 5 years in the UK
• Details for two employment reference requests within the last 5 years (ONE MUST BE A CARE JOB)
• You will need to be SSSC registered or commit to registering when you join our team
• A certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course in the last 12 months or are willing to book a course through ourselves
• You will need access to a smartphone to submit your weekly timesheet
• Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not a necessity
