UnitERPx System Administrator

Overview

Gravitas is partnering with a leading non-profit organisation at a genuinely exciting point in their ERP journey. They are rolling out Unit4 ERPx and are looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator / Application Support specialist to become the in‑house expert and keep the system running smoothly as it grows.

This is not a pure implementation or developer role – it’s the chance to be the go‑to person who really understands how Unit4 works day to day, shapes how users work with it, and helps the organisation get real value from a major investment.

You’ll work in a small, supportive applications team, closely with an experienced internal lead and Unit4 themselves, with the opportunity to:

• Own first and second line support for Unit4 ERPx
• Get deeply involved in workflows, integrations, and dashboards
• Help build out new dashboards (talent management, FP&A etc.)
• Become the person everyone turns to for Unit4 expertise across the organisation

You’ll also see the tangible impact of your work: better reporting for managers, smoother processes for end users, and a modern SaaS ERP that actually works for the business.

• Proven application support experience with Unit4 (ideally ERPx or v7+)
• Confident with SQL/ASQL
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills – comfortable working directly with users and explaining issues clearly
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• Valid driving licence (travel to sites when required)
