We are seeking an Accountant with prior exposure to accounting practice work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career within a supportive and innovative team.

• Preparation and review of financial statements and final accounts.
• Handling VAT returns and compliance with Making Tax Digital (MTD).
• Managing payroll processes and pension schemes.
• Performing bank reconciliations and bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
• Supporting clients with tax queries and compliance.

• Previous experience in an accounting practice environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or Quick Books.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
