VANRATH are recruiting an Architect to work for a well respected, multi-disciplinary Architect Practice a based in Coalisland, Northern Ireland.

A well respected, multi-disciplinary Architect Practice that have been operating for many years have a great opportunity for an Architect to join them on a permanent basis. The business work on a range of projects including commercial, leisure, hospitality, retail, residential, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and petroleum sectors.

They are certified to ISO 9001 and hold a current SSIP Certificate. The business pride themselves on presenting accurate and complete information, delivering projects on programme and within budget, building long term relationships with their clients and customers by providing an exceptional service.

They have a great opportunity for an Architect to join them on a permanent basis, working on a wide range of projects across various sectors, offering an interesting and varied workload.

• Degree qualified
• Minimum of 4 years' experience
• Proven track record within an architectural practice
• Varied project experience
• Strong design sensibility and technical skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Solid working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Self-motivated to achieve the highest levels of excellence within the company
• Effective team player, organised and articulate
• Good time management, reliable and shows initiative
