Accounts Payable Specialist (Famous Software Experience Preferred)
Salary: $45,000 - $48,000

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team in Hanford, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update vendor records and documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and questions
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and AP reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Utilize Famous Software to manage accounts payable processes

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with Famous Software strongly preferred
