Join to apply for the Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) role at Sally Beauty. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and act as the advisor on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to develop knowledge and skills. You bring your passion and personality—we’ll handle the rest.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support different working schedules to fit team needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Ability to stand for long periods; walk; bend, crouch, stoop, reach; occasional lifting of moderately heavy items.
• Willingness to work around moving parts, carts, or machines; possible exposure to irritant chemicals.

• Physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of items.
• Mostly in a retail store environment with high customer activity.
