Servers
SUMMARY
Servers will provide staff and guests with excellent customer service, serve food and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests as they enter the catering area.
- Ensure the dining room and serving area are set up, clean, stocked and visually appealing.
- Serve food, refill empty trays, make sandwiches and maintain refreshment availability (coffee, tea) for staff and guests.
- Clear, clean and reset tables to prepare for the next guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in possibly extreme heat, high winds and cold desert conditions
PREFERENCES
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry

Dishwasher
SUMMARY
The dishwasher position supports cleanliness and safety by cleaning, sanitizing and properly storing all dishes, flatware, utensils and kitchenware at high volume in the back of house.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and kitchen equipment.
- Use chemicals properly for safety and cost control.
- Operate equipment safely and correctly.
- Sort and store dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal.
- Maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors and drains.
- Assist with stocking and cleanliness in storage areas.
- Maintain all mats and assist with other tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in possibly extreme heat, high winds and cold desert conditions

Prep Cook
SUMMARY
Prep Cook prepares ingredients and maintains a clean cooking environment to support the culinary team and event staff.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to specifications.
- Wash, peel and prepare ingredients for meals.
- Cut and portion meat as specified.
- Maintain proper storage and stock of ingredients.
- Inform superiors when stock is low or tools fail.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of surfaces and equipment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
