- Assist in evaluating client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, manual therapy, activities of daily living, and isokinetic program
- Observe patients during treatments and report observations to the physical therapist
- Communicate with staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
- Unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant licensure to practice required
