While our market is niche, our reputation for innovation, integrity, and consistency makes us the market leader in the UK and we are now seeking to recruit an exceptional Business / Project Manager to support our continued growth and development.

The

role – Business / Project Manager

An experienced Business / Project Manager, you will have a highly varied, dynamic and interesting role in which you will be encouraged to fully utilise your diverse professional experience, to support strategic direction and organisational growth of the company whilst retaining hands on responsibility in support of a range of operational activities.

This role extends beyond a traditionally narrowly defined remit, your varied duties and responsibilities including;

  • Undertaking and supporting UK wide public sector client engagement and retention
  • Strategic oversight for and individual team management and development
  • Working collaboratively with the company owners and current management team to from a cohesive divisional approach across all company wide activities
  • Client contract bid / tender preparation, submission and management
  • Operational activity including KPI, SLA and compliance monitoring ensuring all company targets are achieved in relation to quality, delivery and cost
  • Undertaking and managing identified improvement projects whilst effectively maintaining documented systems, processes, compliance and accreditation

Based daily from the Clydebank facility, you will have proven experience undertaking a varied management role, direct experience of local authority or government tendering and organisational service provision preferred. You will possess excellent customer facing skills and be well versed in all elements of client contract bid / tender management process and associated post award delivery and account development. An articulate individual, with a genuine ability to lead and motivate staff, you will be committed to ensuring the highest standards of product and service provision are maintained.

As the post is a key role within the organisational leadership team, you will be committed to a fully site-based role although this is a genuinely collegiate environment with no expectation of routine after hours work activities.

Previous experience of local authority licensing or similar activities would be a distinct advantage.
