Overview
The focus of this post is the production of good food for patient and visitor catering services to all customers, within the hospital, adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a quality patient and visitor focused service as part of a team on a 5 days over 7 days’ rota.
- Knowledge of NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital Policies and Procedures and Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, monitored by the Team Leaders.
- Recent food production experience in a similar large scale food service environment.
- Relevant qualifications to 706/1 or equivalent and an up to date Food Hygiene Certificate.
