• Typical loads: 2–3 per week → $570–$855 unload bonus (conservative calc at 2 loads)

What the Job Involves

• Average 2–3 full loads weekly — physical but straightforward work for capable drivers.

Paid Training & Equipment

• 3-load mentor program with ride‑along ($200 per training day, 1–1.5 weeks total)
• Jump straight to full mileage + unload rates post‑training

Regional Coverage

Home base in Eastern Texas, running lanes through TX, NM, AZ, Southern Nevada, Southern Utah, and Southern Colorado.
