Nurse Practitioner – PRN, Matrix Medical Network

Matrix Medical Network pioneered the first national in‑home clinical network and now operates as an independent provider of comprehensive health assessments across the country. Our Nurse Practitioner – PRN role allows you to leverage your expertise to make a direct impact on the health and well‑being of our members while earning competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.

• During a visit that can last up to one hour, providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks.
• The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps close multiple care gaps with a single visit.
• Conduct adult/geriatric assessments including medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case‑management referrals, follow‑up and clear documentation per Matrix guidelines.
• Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate.
• Provide services at the member’s place of residence, which can be in their homes or skilled nursing facilities.

• Flexibility – visits are scheduled based on your availability. We conduct assessments Sunday–Saturday from 8 am–7 pm, allowing you to work during the day, evening, or weekend.
• Competitive Pay – earnings are based on the number of assessments completed. Those completing a monthly average of 20–100 visits earn $1,800–$11,500 per month, with rates ranging from $90–$115 per assessment depending on your state of residence.

• Education and Support – comprehensive onboarding training, assignment of a preceptor, 1:1 feedback, and free access to continuing education.
• Additional Licensure – support in obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing as needed.
• Full‑time Opportunities – PRN providers can transition to FT roles at their home location, a state or region, and receive a FT sign‑on bonus.
• Sign‑On Bonus – $2,000 for qualified candidates.

• Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in the state of practice, including prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in an approved specialty.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• 1 year of NP experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
