Position Summary

The Concessions Bartender staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include food preparation, sales, stocking, cleaning, organization and general day to day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until April 24, 2026.

• Manage inventory, including receiving, tracking, and restocking food and beverage supplies
• Stock bars and service areas to ensure adequate product levels throughout shifts
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and health regulations
• Provide bartending services, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to requests promptly and professionally
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bars, kitchens, and storage spaces
• Assist with set up and tear down of bars and service stations for events and daily operations
• Transport and move product and supplies between buildings as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times

• Minimum 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to workdays, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge and ability to learn new skills.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to climb stairs and lift 50 pounds unaided.
