- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and family members to ensure quality care.
- Support residents with chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, cognitive decline, and end-of-life care.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Prior experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and a strong communicator.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
