LPN needed for a clinical setting in Clovis, NM. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider, including basic assessments, vital signs, medication administration per scope, wound care, injections, specimen collection, and patient education. This role supports care plans, communicates changes in patient condition, and works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely care and accurate documentation.

Patient population and unit may vary based on facility needs Common skills include medication passes, wound care, IV related care as allowed by policy, charting, and patient and family education Must be dependable, team oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced environment Accurate and timely documentation is required Any requested time off should be submitted up front with the profile when possible Active New Mexico LPN license and required certifications must be current at start Facility compliance and onboarding items must be completed by stated deadlines
