We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join our team in Clovis, New Mexico. The physician will provide comprehensive inpatient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage and oversee hospitalized patients, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees.
