Requirements / Qualifications

If the selected candidate is in possession of a Class B license with no restrictions, the employee will be paid as a Bus Driver II. Bus Driver II/Grade 13. All applicants interested in the position are required to submit a current online EdJoin application. Subs/Outside Candidates Only must attach the items listed below:

• Current Resume
• Two (2) Current Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of the application date
• High School Diploma or GED
• DMV Drivers Record dated within 30 days of the application date
• California Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
• California School Bus Special Driver's Certificate (School Bus)
• Current American Red Cross First Aid Certificate (Required when a Special Driver's Certificate has a Restriction
